These terms cover your use of the sepehr.app coming-soon page during the pre-launch period. They will be replaced by a more complete agreement before any paid service is offered.

The current sepehr.app page provides information about Sepehr, an upcoming non-custodial liquidation-protection protocol, and accepts email addresses for early-access notifications. No software is delivered, no funds are accepted, no transactions are processed. All product descriptions are subject to change.

The page is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Information about features, supported chains, supported protocols, timelines, fees, and pricing is illustrative and may change without notice before launch.

The Sepehr protocol itself, once launched, will be experimental software. Smart contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected behaviors. Internal audits have been conducted; external audits will be completed before any paid service launches. Use of the protocol will be at your sole risk.

Nothing on this page is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. DeFi positions involve substantial risk including total loss of funds. Decisions about lending, borrowing, leverage, or liquidation strategy are yours alone.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sepehr project is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this page or the information it contains.

We may modify, pause, or withdraw this page, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also update these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.

These terms are governed by the law of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be brought before the competent French courts.
